Dessert Cheesecake Balls

These no-bake cheesecake balls are a sweet and creamy pop-able dessert. Get ready to be asked for the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 3 ounces Powdered Confection Sugar
  • 1/2 ounce Bakers semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Graham Cracker, crushed

Process: beat together butter, cheese, and vanilla until blended and soft. Slowly add sugar while mixing well. Freeze 1 hour. Pull out of freezer and shape mixture into balls, rolling them onto parchment or wax paper in a single layer. Refrigerate until firm. Melt chocolate by package directions. Roll balls in chocolate, then graham crackers. Keep in a single layer and cold until ready to serve. Makes about 15 dessert balls.


Chocolate Cream Desserts

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 package (4oz) Sweet baking Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Egg substitute
  • 2 teaspoons White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetened whipped cream for topping and decorating dessert

Process: Place chocolate in a metal bowl on top of a double boiler and bring water to a medium boil. Reduce heat to low, warming chocolate until it melts. Combine next 3 ingredients and stir chocolate mixture. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spoon mixture into cold glass serving dishes. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Serve cold with whipped cream and fresh berries.
