Ingredients
- 1 ripe Peach, rinsed and peeled
- 2 teaspoons Onion, red Spanish style or white
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar, apple cider
- 1 Tablespoon Honey (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Poppyseeds
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash the peeled peach and cut in pieces after removing pit.
- Blend Together: Put into mixer or food processor peach pieces, vinegar, onion, honey, and oil until smooth.
- Season: Stir in poppyseeds, salt and pepper to tastes.
- Chill: If desired, chill dressing in refrigerator at least 10 minutes before using. Cover and refrigerate leftover dressing up to 3 days.
Notes

Substitute nectarines when peaches are not available.
