The CC network is for cooks of all skill levels who want to learn more about preparing quality meals at home. Nutritious, Carolina-based recipes made with as many local ingredients as I can find are my passion. As a professionally trained and experienced Chef, I have prepared meals for everything from private in-home plated dinner parties to buffet catering for hundreds to restaurant line cooking on a dinner shift with over 800 patrons. Still, answering the daily question of “what’s for lunch?” becomes both mundane and a challenge. As a mom, I get it. This network of verified Carolina recipes helps answer that question of what to eat. So, let’s share recipes, or substitutions, and get cooking!
